Refugee Sports Ministry

Our GoTEN ministry teams live in North American cities and international communities. We focus on reaching strategic refugees, immigrants, and students that come from unreached people groups and unreached areas of the world. We use English classes and other activities in order to build friendships and give international peoples the opportunity to hear about and know Jesus.

Connecting through sports is a great way to build natural and consistent friendships with refugees as they adapt to a new life in a new country. We are looking for full-time ministry staff members who have a passion for using sports and activities as a way to connect with resettled refugees in the cities where our ministry teams serve.

As a sports ministry team member, you will have a heart for connecting with refugee kids and young adults as individuals and groups by coordinating sports activities on a weekly basis. You will strive to use these opportunities to share Jesus stories and make visits to the homes of refugee friends and families. You will also work alongside others on your local ministry team in a combined effort to see more refugees reached with the gospel.
