As we look to grow in the area of training and equipping, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about training, developing, and mentoring new missionaries through hands-on experience and group learning experiences. We desire to see training provided for long-term workers to be sent locally and globally, short-term teams sent each year to various countries, and for interns as they gain knowledge and experience for the next steps of ministry. Process for Joining GoTEN

1. Pray & Discern
Fill out the interest form below. A GoTEN Mobilizer will contact you and ask questions to help you discern if the particular team and role is a good fit. This process can take a while, so it is best to get started early.

2. Application & Preparation
Once you decide on a proper placement, we begin the application process which can take a 4-8 weeks to complete. Once the applicant is appointed to a team, the applicant is coached on fundraising and a training plan is tailored to the specific needs.

3. Go to the Field
Once the appointed missionary is fully funded and pre-field training is completed, the missionary is sent to the ministry area where they are greeted by the local team.

4. Thrive in Ministry
Upon arriving to the mission field, the new missionary is assigned a ministry guide to help acclimate to the new environment and execute the team's mission and strategic plan. GoTEN Staff Care provides ongoing care and spriritual formation to help the new missionary thrive on the field.
