GoTEN sees short-term mission trips as a benefit to both those who go and those who receive them. We desire to send teams of short-term teams to benefit the local ministry and ministry leaders. At the same time, we desire that God would work through individuals and church leaders who attend our trips to contribute to the local ministry teams and gain vision for longer term ministry involvement.

In order for GoTEN to send effective and strategic short-term teams locally and globally, we are in need of a Short-Term Trips Coordinator and Leader. In this position, you would help coordinate and plan several short-term trips each year through GoTEN to various global cities, along with helping all participants with training and preparation, and leading a team if needed. You would engage both churches and other individuals by helping them get involved with our trips. You would also work closely with our Training and Mobilization teams to contribute to accomplish the overall mission and vision of GoTEN. This staff position requires fundraising.
