FULL-TIME FUNDRAISED
Connection Coordinator
At GoTEN, we believe authentic relationships are the foundation of lasting change. The Connection Coordinator exists to build deep, gospel-centered connections with refugee families attending classes at the GoTEN Training Center. In this highly relational position, you will meet refugees and volunteers in classroom settings, help bridge ministry from the classroom into community life, and model meaningful friendship through intentional home visits.
About This Role
The Connection Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping refugees feel seen, welcomed, and known within the GoTEN community. Your weeks will include:
Serving in classes at the GoTEN Training Center where you’ll meet refugee learners (15–30 per week) and the volunteers serving alongside them.
Making and deepening relationships with refugee families through intentional, loving presence beyond the classroom.
Conducting 5–10 home visits per week, entering into refugee homes with humility, cultural sensitivity, and a heart to listen.
Supporting and equipping class volunteers to extend relational ministry outside of class by modeling home visits and shared time in community.
This position is highly relational and missionally focused on fostering real friendships that create space for spiritual conversations, practical care, and life-on-life discipleship.
