FirstServe is your on-ramp to serving refugees in Phoenix.

FirstServe is your chance to experience the heart of GoTEN in action. During this immersive session, you'll tour the GoTEN Training Center, learn how our ministry began, and hear about our mission and where God is leading us next. We provide a short, practical training to help you feel confident serving in an English class—along with helpful cultural tips for connecting well with newcomers.

You'll then step into a real English class and volunteer alongside our team for about an hour, meeting students, offering encouragement, and seeing firsthand how relationships are formed. The experience concludes with a Q&A, a guided debrief, and clear next steps for how you can continue serving among the nations in our city.
