Expanding Into New U.S. Cities
God is moving among the nations living in America. Based on a proven and fruitful decade in Phoenix, GoTEN is preparing to multiply into three new U.S. cities before 2030, launching local training centers that will mobilize believers, serve unreached peoples, and create long-term pathways for disciple-making.
These cities are not final — we are praying, researching, gathering partners, and seeking wisdom to follow God’s leading. If you want to explore partnership, collaboration, or church involvement, we’d love to connect.

Why New Cities?
Based on our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, three realities confirm the importance of multiplying GoTEN training centers across the U.S.:
Refugees Are a Bridge
Refugees from unreached nations provide unique relational access to peoples historically difficult to reach.
The Phoenix Model Works
10+ years in Phoenix proves this model can reproduce in new cities nationally.
God Is Raising Up Workers
Churches, Christian universities, and refugee communities are creating a growing pipeline of future workers.
What Drives This Vision
Mobilization
We will partner with churches, universities, and mission organizations already serving in these cities—linking arms to identify, inspire, and launch new workers. This includes collaborating with established sending agencies for early field placements, building strong local mobilization networks, and creating clear pathways for volunteers, interns, and long-term goers.
Training
We will strengthen GoTEN’s training pipeline by combining on-site training in Phoenix with our growing online modules. New teams will participate in a 3–6 month equipping process that blends cross-cultural preparation, spiritual formation, ministry coaching, and practical skill development before launching into new cities or global fields.
Care
We will establish healthy support systems for local and global workers—mentoring, coaching, pastoral care, and field support—to sustain long-term effectiveness. Care teams in each city will walk alongside workers spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, helping them thrive in ministry.
Fundraising
We will engage our existing church partners, donors, and statewide networks to build a sustainable three-year launch model for each new city. This includes developing collaborative funding partnerships, strengthening support systems, and ensuring each team is equipped with the resources necessary for long-term ministry impact.
Where We Are Exploring
Based on immigration concentration, Christian university partnerships, and aligned churches, these cities surfaced during our 2026–2030 research process. These locations are **not final** — rather, they represent where we are praying, researching, and seeking partners to discern God’s leading.
