GoTEN is preparing to launch local training centers in three additional U.S. cities before 2030—mobilizing believers, serving unreached peoples, and creating long-term pathways for disciple-making.
The cities are not final. We are praying, researching, gathering partners, and seeking wisdom as we follow God’s leading.

The Phoenix model works
More than a decade in Phoenix has produced a model that can be adapted and reproduced in other cities.

Strategic priorities

Expansion is more than opening a location. It requires healthy pathways for people, preparation, care, and long-term funding.
Mobilization
Partner with churches, universities, mission organizations, and sending agencies to identify, inspire, prepare, and launch volunteers, interns, and long-term workers.
Training
Combine on-site experience and online modules in a three-to-six-month process of cross-cultural preparation, spiritual formation, coaching, and practical skill development.
Care
Build mentoring, coaching, pastoral care, and field support into each city so local and global workers can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.
Sustainable funding
Work with churches, donors, and statewide networks to develop a collaborative three-year launch model for each new city.
