GoTEN’s Kids Ministry in Phoenix, AZ is expanding its reach beyond our main campus to meet refugee children where they live. We are looking for a Kids Outreach Leader to help us engage children and families in local apartment complexes with high refugee populations. This role involves identifying target apartment communities, developing a strategic plan for regular outreach, and coordinating weekly activities that provide safe, fun, and spiritually enriching experiences for kids. You will work closely with GoTEN staff and volunteers to build relationships with residents, plan and lead engaging programs, and create a welcoming atmosphere where children feel valued and supported. Responsibilities include scheduling and leading volunteer teams, planning outreach events and activities, and maintaining clear communication with GoTEN leadership. While experience with children’s ministry or cross-cultural outreach is a plus, the most important qualities are a heart for refugee families, a passion for helping kids thrive, and a willingness to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the community. If you're ready to lead outreach efforts that make a lasting impact in the lives of refugee children, we’d love to talk with you!
