Third Culture/Sustainability

This training will provide a deeper understanding of the concept of Third Culture in refugee families. Training will also address the concept of "helping without hurting" and the importance of sustainability for long-term success within the refugee family. Learners will gain a deeper appreciation of the third culture context in which refugee families live, along with practical skills for effective ministry to refugee families that results in increased sustainability for the family.
