Mediterranean Trip
This is an opportunity to serve, learn, and make a lasting impact through refugee and student outreach.
Serve Refugees in the Mediterranean Region
Join us on a transformative trip to serve Syrian refugee communities in the Mediterranean region. We are partnering with established local organizations dedicated to providing both hope and practical support to those seeking refuge and a new beginning. This trip offers a unique opportunity to serve, learn, and make a long-lasting impact through compassionate outreach and practical support focused on English and job readiness in the hospitality industry.
Mission: Bringing Hope and Building Bridges
Our mission is to reach refugee families by offering practical aid, sharing the love of Christ, and providing encouragement. Through meeting their physical and spiritual needs, we aim to bring hope and the Gospel to those displaced by conflict.
Vision: Equipping and Empowering Communities
Our vision is to offer more than short-term relief. We seek to empower refugee families by building meaningful relationships, supporting local initiatives, and fostering a sense of hope for the future. This trip will deepen your understanding of cross-cultural ministry while providing lasting encouragement to those in need.
Strategy:
- Presence: We will support refugees by helping them grow in their English skills, focusing on hospitality language to increase job opportunities in the tourism industry. This training equips them for initial and better employment while also providing a soccer camp for kids.
- Partner: We will work alongside local organizations embedded in the community, ensuring our efforts are culturally sensitive and contribute to ongoing ministry efforts.
- Engage: Trip participants will engage in teaching conversational English, job readiness for hospitality roles, and running a soccer camp for children. This will include building relationships, listening to stories of resilience, and offering encouragement.
