Spend eight weeks living, learning, and serving alongside GoTEN’s Phoenix ministry teams. You’ll build relationships with refugee neighbors through home visits, English classes, children’s programs, and everyday moments of shared life. You will be living within walking distance of refugee communities. Along the way, experienced field workers will help you develop practical skills in cultural intelligence, spiritual conversations, storytelling, Discovery Bible Study, and disciple-making. Guided reflection, team life, and personal mentorship will help you process what you’re learning and discern how God may be leading you. This internship is designed for people exploring cross-cultural ministry, preparing for long-term service, or seeking hands-on experience among unreached people—without leaving the United States.

You’ll experience everyday life in a cross-cultural setting while building deep relationships and serving among unreached people. Through guided ministry experiences, team life, and personal mentorship, you’ll grow in cultural intelligence, spiritual conversations, storytelling, Discovery Bible Study, and disciple-making. Experienced field workers will help you process what you encounter, deepen your dependence on God, and discern how He may be leading you. This internship is designed for people exploring long-term missions, preparing for future cross-cultural service, or seeking an immersive opportunity to learn from established workers on the field.
