GoTEN's PreWork Program is a weekly job readiness initiative designed to equip refugees and asylum seekers with the necessary skills to enter the American job market. By leveraging GoTEN’s expanding network of local employers, PreWork offers participants current job opportunities and practical guidance on applying for jobs, preparing for interviews, and understanding workplace expectations.
Participants receive hands-on assistance with job applications, resumes, and interview preparations, supported by dedicated volunteers and translators.
